Welcome to the Tamar Organics Growers website updated for 2012. The natural choice for Organic growers throughout the UK and Europe. The catalogue covers a huge range and includes traditional open pollinated varieties alongside the latest modern hybrids.

 We have a number of new varieties on offer this season. Dwarf French Bean Faraday is our latest improvement to the Cantare type, a slim dark green bean with good disease resistance. Bambino is an open-pollinated baby carrot with a very sweet taste suitable for the restaurant trade. Cucumber  Helena is a welcome introduction being a quality glass house non F1 type and Hokus is a non hybrid gherkin. Tomatillos are a welcome reintroduction available in green and purple.

Ordering on-line is easy and secure. A 5% discount on all orders over £100 will be offered to customers who order online and pay at the time of ordering using a major credit/debit card. This discount will  appear at the check out once payment details have been entered and confirmed. Customers with account numbers will be able to enter their account number and choose to pay by card when placing their order or be invoiced in the usual way. Orders under £50 will attract carriage based on their weight and all orders containing fruit trees or potatoes will attract carriage. Please refer to the terms page for details.  Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order number.

We offer a comprehensive range of organic vegetable and herb seed, onion and shallot sets, garlic, seed potatoes, soft fruit, top fruit, green manures and even some flower seeds. The composts and fertilisers we offer are all permitted for use in organic systems. The pest control is the most environmentally friendly available.

Finally, a reminder that while we endeavour to stock sufficient quantities of all varieties, some will run out during the season so please order early. We do our best to fulfil orders quickly but this is always a bit challenging during the busy period of January to Easter so please order as far in advance of sowing dates as possible to avoid disappointment.
